The items are shown here

as they arrive to the studio

individually boxed and shipped in an Omaha cooler packed with dry ice

which typically holds the foods at safe, cold temperatures for several days.

We will be adding these items to the store available to the chefs of the series for demonstration cooking in the outdoor kitchen, prepared on either a charcoal fired ceramic "Big Green Egg" grill, or the Propane fired, 4 burner with rotisserie and infrared burners of the 36 inch Lynx Grill.

with demonstrations in a mountain top outdoor kitchen that features the " Big Green Egg" ceramic charcoal grill,




and the propane fired Lynx stainless steel 4 burner grill with infared burners and rotisserie.

Recipes are being demonstrated by the finest of caterers and chefs for foods which can be prepared in remote locations.

Segment 355 features DNL catering with master chef Steve Goldstone setting up a shaded pavilion and elegant barbecue dinner for 4 which features

Pizza bread topped in Olive Oil and spices,

a Rice Pilaf,

Lamb and Vegetable Shish Kabobs,

Baby Lettuce Salad with cold pasta salad topping,

Deserts of assorted cookies,

and Sparkling Water and Wine, all set up with an 8 point linen tablecloth, china, and glasswear.
